A beat-up pair of pants I saw lying between two of the rails. This would be an example of "dramatic contrast" -- something out of place -- and "unusual perspective". I'm not sure I can describe how the perspective is unusual other than this not normally being the subject of a photo. :) But next time I'll try to get the shot with some surroundings for more context.
